In her bid for the Olympics this upcoming year, Ashley decided to come back to her Moulin Rouge freeskate. Although many have panned her for doing so, I totally support this return. You can clearly see that she enjoys performing the heck out of this piece! In the stresses involved preparing for the Olympic season, it's also one less thing to worry about.

This was a nice season debut for Ashley. As we count down to the National Championships, I have faith that she'll build up the speed, choreography, and technical goods needed to compete with the top ladies of the world.
