Standing Shoulder Flexion (Flex AROM)
Stand with tall posture, arms resting at your sides, and palms facing in toward your body. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and slowly raise your arms forward. Only lift as high as you can without allowing your shoulders to shrug up toward your ears. Slowly lower your arms back to your starting position, and repeat as directed.
