Do you capitalize on your hunger??
First of all, let me just say… it’s ok to be hungry from time to time. This notion we can never be hungry… that we must always be snaking… it’s a total hoax and fabrication of the modern era.
Intermittent fasting is healthy. It’s a nice reset. We cram so much down on our metabolisms. Decrease the demand on your systems from time to time :)
Also, when you do eat… capitalize on your hunger! When nutrient absorption is high (which is believe occurs when you’re hungry/heavily depleted) take this opportunity to have some nice fish oils… red meat… berries… all the stuff high in nutrients!
