Ingredients Bihari Mutton recipe in hindi
500 Gms Mutton
1 & ½ Tbsp Chopped Ginger Garlic
3 Tbsp Curd
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp Black pepper Powder
1 Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Onions
¼ Cup Mustard Oil
1 Bay Leaf
3 Green Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 pc Cinnamom
½ Tsp Cumin
8-10 Black Pepper
2-3 Dried Red Chillies
2 Whole Garlics
¼ Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
¼ Tsp Garam Masala
