(21 Apr 2014) Relatives of missing passengers from the sunken ferry, The Sewol, boarded a coast guard vessel on Monday to watch the continuing search and rescue operation off the coast of South Korea.
Huddled on the edge of the pier before boarding the vessel, around thirty relatives took off from Paengmok Port.
Families have demanded that they be able to watch the search operation in process.
The body count continued to rise as divers found more ways into the sunken vessel and seven more passengers were retrieved, bringing the total by late afternoon Monday to 65.
The search of the submerged wreck has been helped by the use of two Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) which carry cameras and sensors, though officials said the amount of obstacles within the vessel had slowed down their progress.
Divers also managed to force an entrance through the dining hall.
Earlier on Monday South Korean President Park Geun-hye said the captain and some crew members of the sunken ferry committed "unforgivable, murderous behaviour."
