The Health Professions Council has found cardiologist and apartheid-era Chemical and Biological Warfare expert, Dr. Wouter Basson, guilty of unprofessional and unethical conduct. This is after Basson was accused of providing disorientating substances for cross border kidnappings, weaponising tear gas and making cyanide capsules available to operatives.
