Marsay Winder, aka the Property Pastor is a husband, father, pastor, engineer, and real estate investor in Hampton, VA. Marsay's has been investing since 2017 and has 12 rental properties. He is the pastor of Branches of the Vine Community Church and works as an engineering manager at a local manufacturing company. Marsay focuses on buy and hold investments and has done several BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) deals. Marsay is passionate about family and faith, and loves creating memories with his loved ones. He has been featured on several local podcasts and also nationally on the Bigger Pockets Rookie Podcast.
