This is instructional video of Taichi Exercise for Health series Level 3 Simplified Form 24. For the taichi exercise enthusiasts, you can learn step by step instruction copying the movements first. Use your observation skill acutely. Every hand movement, foot steps, hand and eye coordination, upper body and lower body moves in tandem must be followed exactly. At this level, each movement must be done clearly and completely executed, the timing impeccable, the balance, strength and flexibiity elements must present in this choreographed sequence.
