Do dogs go to heaven? Just the good ones? Do animals have an immortal soul? Will they be resurrected when Jesus comes back? These are the kinds of questions I answer in this video. There are a number of reasons I believe animals will be in heaven. The big question is whether or not our own personal, now or one day deceased pets will be with us in eternity.

Maybe you have lost a pet and are wondered what happened to them. Will you ever see them again? It can be so hurtful to lose and animal we love. This is one of those things that I changed my mind on over time. As a child, I thought animals died and were gone forever. Now, as a minister and student of the Bible I have a different view that I believe you will find helpful.

There is more biblical evidence to say animals will be in heaven than there is evidence to say our particular pets will be raised from the dead and united with us for eternity. I do believe we can make a circumstantial/inferential case for our pets being with us forever but the Bible not at all clear on that point. The Bible talks about the restoration of all things and God making all things new - that, in my mind, would include the animals as they existed in the beginning at the very least. What do you think?
