Pork knuckle is a German delicacy that I frequently order at a beer pub and I also prepare it at home, whenever I expect a lot of hungry guests. This pork knuckle is crispy on the outside and fall-apart tender on the inside, try to prepare it, I'm sure you will love it.

Even though the pork knuckle is a typical German dish, it's very popular in many European countries such as Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland or Austria. It goes really well with a glass of cold beer!
