I am sharing the recipe of the famous 7-spice mix/blend that is used in different middle-eastern, Arabic and Lebanese recipes. I am sharing the recipe here and will use it for different other recipes on my cooking channel @foodchella .
make this mic and store it in an airtight container for months.


7-spice mix

1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup cumin
1/4 cup paprika
1/8 cup coriander
1/8 cup cloves
2 teaspoons nutmeg
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoons cardamom
