Ingredients :

Marination :

500 gms Pork (cut into cubes)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (kalimirch powder)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf) - coarsely ground
½ inch (5 gms) Ginger - finely chopped
6 to 8 (10 gms) Garlic - finely chopped
1 no Green Chilli - chopped (use as per your heat preference)
½ tsp Salt (use as per your taste)
1 tsp Chilli Vinegar (can use normal vinegar)

Other Ingredients :

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
8 to 10 cloves (20 gms) Garlic - finely chopped
1 tsp (10 gms) Ginger - finely chopped
2 to 3 nos. Dry Chillies (use as per your heat preference)
2 to 3 nos. Green Chillies - diagonally cut (use as per your heat preference)
2 tbsp Spring Onion Bulbs - chopped
1 medium size (80 gms) Onion Petals (cubed & petals separated)
¼ tsp Sugar (to balance out the flavors)
1 no. (70 gms) Green Capsicum - cubed
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Soya Sauce (use as per your taste)
1 tsp Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Vinegar
2 tbsp Spring Onion Greens (chopped)

* used salt only for marination as the sauce does contain some salt in it.


Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Salt as per your taste
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Spice as per your heat preference
