220 g boiled beans
2 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 bunch of parsley, chopped
1 lemon
2 tablespoons black olive
3 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons of olive oil
• Sprinkle the salt on the onions and rub it to soften.
• Add the beans, parsley, lemon juice, olive, tahini, red pepper flakes and olive oil.
• Give it nice mix and transfer to dish.
• Sprinkle some parsley and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
