Ingredients:
✅ For the salsa: this salsa is 🔥 if you don’t like hot I suggest you to use 5-10 Chile japonés these are similar to arbol yet less spicy and 1 jalapeño
2 roma tomatoes
Handful of Chile arbol
3 pickled jalapeños
1 tbsp jalapeño juice
1 garlic clove
Salt to taste
For the pico
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
5-10 jalapeños
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Pickled jalapeño juice
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the meat
2 lbs ground beef ( I used 85/15)
1/2 onion
1 small bell pepper
1 roma Tomato
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste I used 1 1/2 tsp
For the tostadas
Uncooked flour tortillas
Oil for frying
Lettuce
And your favorite toppings 😊
