Ultrasonic cleaning can clean contaminants that include dust, dirt, oil, pigments, rust, grease, algae, fungus, bacteria, lime scale, polishing compounds, flux agents, fingerprints, soot wax and mold release agents.

Multi-stage ultrasonic systems are ideal for assembly line-style cleaning processes, particularly where ultra-precision cleaning is required.

Multi-stage systems comprise multiple tanks, each responsible for a different cleaning stage, such as washing, rinsing, rust inhibitor application, or drying. Baskets containing parts are transferred from tank to tank, either manually or via automation.

A multi-stage cleaning system is particularly suitable when zero-residue cleaning is required, such as automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace and engineering industries, as well as many other industrial industries.

Our standard multi-stage system consists of three stages: wash, rinse, and dry, but there are multiple configuration options available. For example, for stainless steel, you may require an additional rust inhibitor application stage, in which case 4-tanks ultrasonic cleaning systems are most suitable.
