26 year old female with a Low C-Spine injury and paraplegia who developed complete suprastomal airway stenosis unamenable to TLM reconstruction. She underwent long segment cricotracheal resection and primary reanastamosis (Greater than 5 cm). This was accomplished with a laryngosternopexy suture attaching her thyroid lamina to her sternum internally. Here she is early postoperatively and on a follow up office evaluation. Her consent to have her video up-loaded for this purpose is in her office chart.
