In today's video I'll be sharing my FLUFFY vanilla cupcake recipe! These cupcakes are so soft and moist, they literally melt in your mouth! Best part is, it's such a classic recipe that can be paired with basically any type of frosting and are perfect for filling too!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (125g) flour
- 1/4 cup (57g) softened unsalted butter*
- 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla essence/flavouring
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp unflavoured vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (122g) yoghurt
* You can use salted butter but omit the salt in the recipe if you are
Bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 18 mins :)
