- 1 1/2 large Japanese sweet potato (Satsumaimo)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- Roasted black sesame seeds and salt
👩🍳 **Preparation:**
Begin by washing and soaking the rice for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and dice the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces.

Add the mirin, sake, and soysauce, and sweet potatoes on the rice.
Cook the rice in your rice cooker as usual.
