The former Prime Minister of Israel, Shimon Peres passed away of a heart attack on Wednesday, September 28th, at the age of 93. He was not only a Nobel Peace Prize winner, a Humanitarian, a poet and a songwriter, but also a big fan of Julio Iglesias. In August of 1942, Shimon Peres’s Grandfather along with more than 2000 Jews in Vishneva, Poland were marched into a wooden Synagogue and burnt alive. 74 years later, the leaders of more than 70 countries, representing well over half of humanity came to Jerusalem for Shimon Peres’s funeral.
