Hong Kong has extended safe distancing measures until May 7, even though the number of COVID-19 infections has fallen. On April 20, the city recorded no new cases -- the first time since early March. Chief Executive Carrie Lam has urged the public to not let down their guard. Leisure facilities including bars, gyms and cinemas will remain shut, and gatherings of more than four people will continue to be banned.
