Sternocleidomastoid muscle tightness isn't too hard to stretch, but making sure it doesn't come back again is the real challenge. In today's video, I go through a really effective SCM stretch, another that addresses its root cause, and also discuss why we are even having this conversation in the first place! These ideas can also apply to non-infant Torticollis despite its potentially more specific cause. More importantly, come for SCM exercises but stay for the Lake Tahoe ducks haha.
