At the end of June, we celebrate Midsummer in Sweden. A tradition that has existed for centuries where we eat pickled herring and fresh potatoes, and dance around the midsummer pole. Midsummer is best spent in the countryside with loved ones. But perhaps most important of all is eating strawberries. 🍓🤭
