When Chris Thile visited the Minnesota Public Radio booth at the Minnesota State Fair on August 26, 2016, he had a few extra moments to sample the famed Swedish egg coffee served at Salem Lutheran Church’s fairground dining hall and talk with Jim Zieba about the beverage’s history.
