Hmm. Strange one here.
Walk a bit. Slowly. Then watch a cutscene you can't skip. Push the bumper. Kill 2 guards and a Hickey. Watch another unskippable cutscene. Yeuuch.

Also! Killing the 2 militia is way harder than it should be. It's not entirely obviously which ones they are. And it's all in slow motion.
