In my third option for Pancake Day/Shrove Tuesday treats I offer Scotch Pancakes, or Drop Scones, with bananas and a butterscotch sauce. These are a lovely soft and springy pancake, similar to those so popular in North America. They are perfect with fruit or syrup, and especially with this particular topping.
