In this video I show how I make homemade canned bluefin tuna. I use half pint mason jars by Kerr or Ball, and add only raw tuna and Chicago steak seasoning. Cooker is pressure canner (Presto brand not sponsored), once pressure hits 11 lbs then cook for 110 minutes. Be very careful, DANGER, make sure all pressure is released before attempting to open the cooker. I caught this tuna on a 2 day trip recently aboard Apollo from Seaforth Landing in August 2023. All the fish were caught on WMDcustoms rods, built on Rainshadow blanks and all Avet Raptor 2 speed reels with JB line one spectra and flour carbon short topshots..
