Some daily activities like sitting long time at a desk, lifting heavy objects or running on pavement cause lower back muscles pain. Massage this area is a confortable way to relieve tension.
The therapy session starts applying oil onto the lower back zone to warm up the muscles. This time we use a special almond oil because it's fragrance is very peaceful. Then, we apply hard pressure from the middle spine to outside. My favorite massage technique for lower back is circular movements with both hands near the hips. Sooo relaxing! Finally, the massage ends sliding the knuckles along the most sensitive areas.
