Session Description:
Let me tell you about Tai Chi and how it can improve health and relaxation. I will share with you a few key Tai Chi movements for health if there is time. Personally, Tai Chi has helped me overcome my arthritis since age 13, and has transformed my health. That is why I am passionate about sharing it with as many people as possible. Tai Chi is intrinsically enjoyable. Our team has worked for over 20 years to make learning Tai Chi easier and more fun. Most importantly, we have discovered ways to deliver the health benefits more quickly. Over 30 medical studies have proven my Tai Chi programs improve many aspects of health, including better mental focus, improved immunity and reduced stress.
