1/2oz (15ml) Cream Of Coconut
1/45oz (7.5ml) Lime Juice
Angostura Bitters Garnish

Double Pineapple
2oz (60ml) Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
3/4oz (22ml) Demerara Simple Syrup
3/4oz (22ml) Acid Adjusted Pineapple

Dole Whip
4oz (60ml) Rum
2 Cups Frozen Pineapple
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1 Pinch Salt
Pineapple Slice Garnish

2oz (60ml) Pineapple Rum
1 Bar Spoon Coffee Liqueur
