Braising pork sounds like a challenging way to cook a larger cut of pork; however, all it takes is a few minutes of active cooking (searing the pork) and then letting it cook in a large pot—preferably a Dutch oven—for a few hours with some flavorful braising liquid, herbs, and vegetables.
