Perhaps, it's religion or ethnic roots or community or upbringing...it's the things that we share in common with 'our tribe' that forms the cultural bond. But the workplace is most often made up of people with different cultural underpinnings and very different backgrounds and experiences. Do these differences impede a leader's ability to shape a culture that is united in pursuit of common goals? Does difference stand in the way of forming a positive work culture or is it an asset?!
