Using Basic Ingredients! Rice Cooker Mushroom Rice 电饭煲蘑菇饭 Chinese One-Pot Meal Recipe | Lunch Dinner
Serves 4 pax

INGREDIENT LIST

3 tbsps sesame oil
20g (0.71 oz) young ginger, thinly sliced
160g (5.64 oz) carrots, diced
60g (2.12 oz) dried Chinese mushrooms, rehydrated & diced
100g (3.53 oz) fresh button mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 cups (390g or 13.76 oz) raw jasmine rice (use a rice cup to measure)
0.5 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce or mushroom sauce
2 tbsps light soy sauce
1 tbsp premium soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper
3 cups (450ml or 15.22 fl oz) water (use a rice cup to measure)
1 tsp salt
A few stalks of spring onions, chopped
