How to Make Folded Kimbap | Gimbap Sandwich
Ingredients
Dried seaweed sheet
2 cups of steamed rice
1 spam
1 canned tuna
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 avocado
1 cup of kimchi
4 eggs, some crab meat
several lettuces
1T of mayonnaise
1T of sesame oil
1/2t of salt
How to Make Folded Kimbap | Gimbap Sandwich
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Slice the carrot, and avocado thinly. Peel the cucumber thinly with a potato cutter. Tear the crab meat by hand. Remove the water in the canned tuna. Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix well. Cut the spam into suitable size.
Step 2:
Bake spam for 2 minutes back and forth over medium heat. Stir-fry the sliced carrots over high heat for 2 minutes. Stir-fry the sliced kimchi in the pan for about 2 minutes. Fry the eggs slowly over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the steamed rice. Sprinkle a little salt. Mix well.
Step 3: Making Gimbap sandwich
Kimchi Gimbap sandwich: Cut the middle of the seaweed in half with scissors. Put a thin layer of rice. Put the lettuce, the carrots on top. And put an egg next to it. Then put a piece of spam. Put kimchi on the rice. If you have chopped green onions, sprinkle a little. Then, just have to fold the squares.
Step 4: Slicing Gimbap sandwich
Put Gimbap sandwich on the plastic wrap. And wrap the Gimbap sandwich with plastic wrap. And cut it in half with a knife.
