I did the Chris Hemsworth Thor Love and Thunder workout for 6 weeks, starting at 207 lbs with a waist circumference of 95 cm.
Following the Centr Power Advanced training plan, I had 5 high intensity workouts per week, with each day focusing on a different muscle group.
I also used the Centr App for my nutrition, cooking 3-4 meals from their recipes per day.
I was really pleased with progress in just 6 weeks, losing 9.5 lbs, and 8 cm from my waist.
