i used 2tbsp totole chicken bouillon powder to 2c water. But follow the instructions of your chicken bouillon powder to make 2c! Add cornstarch slurry made with 2tbsp cornstarch. Season beaten eggs (I used 3). Bring soup to a bowl and add the eggs. Stir as you add it! Season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce, or whatever you like! If you want your soup less thick, add less cornstarch. If you like your soup more think, add more water! If you want more or less egg, adjust accordingly.
