As my friend and mentor Dan Siegel says, "Name it to tame it." By acknowledging our feelings, we step into that space of awareness and choice.

In this space, we ask ourselves:

Do I need to focus on this right now?
Is there something more nourishing for me?
What do I truly need in this moment?

By embracing this space, we open up a world of possibilities for our well-being and resilience. It's always there, always available for us.
