This week on The Horti-Culturalists we take a look at some alternatives to the common English & Spanish bluebell. And like in many places the Spanish bluebell - Hyacinthoides hispanica - has become thuggish in Australia so we're keen for some out of the ordinary alternatives! We have seven interesting species that are all closely related, if constantly having their names changed! The plants we look at in this video are:
Scilla sardensis
Scilla luciliae 'Pink Giant'
Hyacinthus orientalis
Scilla melaina
Scilla bithynica
Fessia greilhuberi
Scilla siberica
And a special guest appearance from Narcissus jonquilla!
We also mention our Trillium video which can see here: [ Ссылка ]
