This is a quick and easy DIY project for anyone who owns a Riding Lawn mower. Eventually, at some point you will need to replace the blades on your mower, probably due to blade damage from hitting something you were unable to see in the grass. I will be replacing the blades on my Craftsman lawn mower but, this process is basically the same across other brands. The hardest part of this job will be getting the blade deck off the mower and back on. Unless, you have the ability to raise or jack your lawn mower up, then you won’t have to drop the blade deck at all. Replacement blades can be found at most big box hardware stores or online. Just make sure to check the blade's mounting point is the same style as the one you are replacing, and of course, blade size matters too.
