YANG CHOW Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Cooking Oil
3-4 pcs eggs, scrambled
Salt & Pepper to taste
250 grams shrimp(optional) (cleaned & deveined)
1-2 tbsps chopped garlic
1 big onion, minced
1 medium carrot, sliced into cubes
1 small pack frozen mixed veggies
1 cup cabbage, or more (minced)
3-4 cups cooked rice
2-3 tbsps turmeric powder (according to taste)
salt& pepper to taste
2 tbsps spring onion (for garnish)
Optional : seasoning granules
