I saw a TikTok that said that rewatching old TV shows meant you had anxiety. I really didn’t like this TikTok because it felt like it was putting out the message that this is a negative thing or that it meant something was wrong with you.
I love rewatching shows and movies, or rereading books, that remind me of my past. That feeling of nostalgia and familiarity was the main thing that helped me get through my 9-5 job while I was still in it.
I believe it is a great coping mechanism for anxiety, stress, and burnout and this video explain why I believe that is the case.
