This video is about Antonio Vivaldi - Four Seasons Concerto No. 2 in G minor (Summer), Op.8, RV 315, III. Presto - Tempo impetuoso d'Estate (Tempestuous Winds of Summer). Antonio Vivaldi was an Italian Baroque composer and virtuoso violinist (1678-1741), who worked at the Seminario musicale dell'Ospitale della Pieta in Venice. His set of Four Seasons Concertos was first published in Amsterdam in 1725. This live performance by the Four Seasons Orchestra, with Carolyn Waters Broe conducting and Belle Wang violinist, was given through grants from the Arizona Women's Partnership, Inc.; Larry Fitzgerald First Down Fund; Whole Foods Market; Women's Philharmonic Advocacy; Sunday Classics Club East; Marjorie Sherman and others.
