And after this— I eat food! *important* I’ve been obsessed with oatmeal everyday recently, lots of cinnamon and honey, made with hemp milk. Fresh orange juice and some hot tea. I incorporate it right after my light movement *yet wanted to keep this video focused on utilizing the elements as food and nourishment!
