Introducing the detachable 5-in-1 Travel Pack System, a revolutionary two bag system that is changing the way you travel.
Introducing the Kosan Travel Pack system, the world’s most comprehensive travelling system. A counter balanced, 5-in-1 detachable carrying system designed specifically for travellers. This incredibly durable two-bag system will change the way you travel, making your journey easier, safer and more comfortable than ever.
The only thing guaranteed in life is change. And your travel bag needs to adapt to fit those changing needs, and life's many unexpected adventures. We’ve designed our system with the versatility and flexibility to take whatever you throw at it. With 5 carrying options, each bag can transform to fit your needs from a weekend getaway in Amsterdam, to a month long safari through Tanzania.
We've designed two beautiful bags that work together seamlessly. Our Carryall Pack (35L) quickly converts from a duffle bag into a high performance backpack.
Your Day Pack can then easily connect to the main Carryall Pack via our durable spring clips. This two-bag system distributes the weight of your gear, allowing you to travel efficiently, securely and hands free to each new destination.

At Kosan, we’re all travellers and we know that when you invest in a travel bag, you expect that bag to go the distance with you - wherever that may be. All of our products are built to last and we are working with the best factories and materials in the business. That's why we were are backing up our system with a Lifetime of Travel warranty, it's our guarantee that this bag will stand the test of time. However, it's life and stuff happens, so If you have a problem, let us know, and we'll fix it. Plain and Simple!
We spent the last few months field testing the system all throughout South East Asia. On our journey throughout Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines, we gathered feedback from travellers and made the necessary tweaks to ensure the bag would stand up to our lifetime warranty.
The design for the Kosan Travel Pack System began some 10 years and 30 countries ago. Ever since we started travelling, we felt like there had to be a more comfortable and smart way to carry your gear. After about a year of planning and research, we finally put pen to paper and began designing the bag.
We are working with an incredible factory to design and produce this bag. Located in Vietnam, just outside of Ho Chi Minh City, they are absolute pros at making all sorts of technical bags, as well as paragliding equipment! When the quality of gear can result in life or death, we knew that this was the perfect factory for us.
After submitting initial sketches and the first few prototypes, we hopped on a plane to Ho Chi Minh to meet with our factory partners face-to-face. We wanted to be very hands-on with the factory, to oversee the quality and get to know exactly where and who would be making our bags.
We spent a week living at our factory manager’s dormitory, ironing out the finer details of the bag.
