Today we leave Belgrade for a bit and head out to the east.
We drive along the banks of the Danube river right at the borders with Romania.
We will first visit the medieval fortress of Golubac, laying right on the bank of the river at it's widest point. And I am sure views will be beautiful.
We will then head out to a local eko-farm to taste some of the most typical Serbian dishes and maybe a quick shot of Rakija.
We will end the day at the archeological site of Lepenski Vir, one of the oldest settlements in Europe from the Stone Age.
