PART TWO
Next we help her 'brain' (and her shoulder!) with normal pain free movement by doing joint mobilisation with movmeent - Mulligan style, into external rotation, abduction and flexion - the three things she is having issues with. This not only improves joint mobility and reduce muscle stiffness but helps reduce the protective muscle guarding through range. She then needs to work on stability and cuff strengthening to improve her pain.
