Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup almonds
1 cup white rice, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
4 cups water, divided
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2-3 cups dairy-free milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Blend together the almonds, the rice, one teaspoon cinnamon, and three cups water. Soak mixture overnight. The next day, use a cheesecloth to squeeze out the liquid. To the liquid add vanilla, sugar, dairy-free milk, and a half teaspoon cinnamon. Serve over ice.
