This is the second video in the "yoRadio step by step" series. With this video we have reached step 2.
We add a Digital Audio Decoder (DAC) to have a better sound quality.
In this video I added a MAX98357, which is a DAC that also has an audio amplifier. I chose this DAC in the first video about DACs, because making a yoRadio with this component is very simple to make even for beginners. The connections are very simple, and the fact that it does not require the use of an audio amplifier makes a beginner have very encouraging results.
The next video will be with a PCM5102A DAC, which is a STEREO DAC, but it does not have a built-in audio amplifier, instead it has something else, it has a 3.5mm audio jack output, which is very useful when connecting headphones or an audio amplifier . It reproduces sounds of an unexpectedly good quality and if you managed to make the version in this video, you will be tempted to make the version that follows in the next video.
ESP32 Wrover I bought it from here:

I bought the Wrover IE version, because I wanted to connect an external antenna to the ESP32, to have a more stable connection to the wifi network.
I bought the DAC used in this video here: [ Ссылка ]
