Rita Lowman, President of Pilot Bank sits down in the dRTB Live Studio with publisher Tom duPont.

Active in the community Rita serves on the Boards of Florida Bankers Association, American Banker Association’s Community Council, Florida School of Banking at UF, Outback Bowl, Florida Division of American Cancer Society, The Centre Club and a Founding Member of Women in a Bucs Life. In 2012 and 2013 Rita chaired the Cattle Barons’ Ball for Tampa Bay and in her two years as Chair raised $1.8 million for cancer research. She has been tapped as the 2015 Chair of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer with a goal of 17,000 walkers and $700,000 in contributions for this great cause. Rita is also requested as a judge in state pageants, most recently judging the Miss Outstanding Teen Florida Pageant. She also shares her knowledge and learnings in the book she authored “From the Farm to the Boardroom: Leadership Lessons.”
