Deenesh Baniya has injury on his index finger on Right hand so he is using his left hand to box with pawan gurung.
It was deenesh 2nd sparring and pawan 2nd sparring of the day.
Sparring is done with full movements,mostly the same way you would in a boxing match. The difference is that your not out for blood. If you hurt your opponent to the body give them a minute to recover. If you hit them with a hard shot give them a few seconds to shake it off.
You can become good at boxing drills, combinations, footwork, timing and a few other things but you'll never become a good boxer if you're not sparring.
