Centre for Advanced Studies in Policy Research organised a workshop on the topic “ Agricultural Credit Policy and Practice: A Small Farmer Perspective” by Sukhpal Singh
The challenges faced by the small and marginalized farmers are very peculiar. It is complex in nature as one moves up studying it on the policy levels, regional disparities and social structures to mention a few. Dr Sukhpal Singh elaborates a detailed picture of it through his vast experience in this area and also discusses the possible remedies to tackle the situation.
